The CFO Risk & Control Office (RCO) is tasked with providing an independent view and challenge to divisional/functional non-financial risks.

It establishes and maintains a control framework, works proactively with management to enhance the control environment, and manages relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

The office also represents the function/division in bank-wide Risk & Control Forums.


As CFO RCO Functional Risk Control Officer (FRCO) support, you will play a crucial role in providing assistance to the FRCO team over the control agenda.

This role involves support-ing coordination efforts, maintaining standards, and facilitating communication across various areas within the CFO organization.

The FRCO Support will actively engage with stakehold-ers, aid in risk identification and assessment, and contribute to the development of efficient processes and reporting.

This role will primarily focus on providing support across the control agenda across Global Legal Entity Finance, Finance Change, Data Office and Tax.


Key Responsibilities:

FRCO Utility Support:


Functioning as a key team member to assist with organizing and the preparation of control reporting across CFO group functions.


  • Maintain records and documentation related to risk assessment and control processes.
  • Support coordination efforts for CFO risk assessments.
  • Assist in the consolidation of CFO RCSA results.
  • Aid in the coordination and evolution of standardized CFO controls reporting best practice.

Communication and Reporting:

  • Assist in preparing and distributing communication materials to the FRCO community.
  • Contribute to the preparation of reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.

Data Management and Analysis:

  • Support the collection and analysis of data relevant to risk identification and assessment.
  • Contribute to the development of metrics and reports for consumption by key stakeholders.

Relationship Management:

  • Assist in maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Handle adhoc queries and information requests from other control and risk functions.

To excel in this role, you should possess below:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., finance, business administration).
  • Accounting background experience
  • Experience in control reporting roles and understanding of risk management concepts.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and reporting experience.
  • Familiarity with accounting standards, processes, and Control Program requirements
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and support senior team members globally in a in a dynamic and fastpaced environment.
