Description
1. Relevant 1 or 2 years of real-time experience in on-site development / Making of infrastructure [Any Residential or Commercial]- Should have geographical knowledge of city and state-wise markets for multiple material procurements [Added Advantage]
- Should have good labour coordination and day-to-day material records
- Should be able to visit in person to check the material and quality standard
- Should have a fair knowledge of Timber and Hardware products
- Should have fair understanding about the infra maintenance
- Willingness to travel across the domestic boundaries in pan india centres as per requirements.
- Should be smart at maintaining the database and documents and accounts coordination
- Monthly visits to centres for real-time audits and maintenance

₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
