Description

We are looking for an International Placement Officer to spearhead our global student recruitment and ensure their successful placement within the logistics and supply chain management sectors.

This role demands involvement in every recruitment phase, with a focus on building strong industry connections and overseeing student progress from interview to post-placement.

Responsibilities
*Forge and enhance relationships with key stakeholders in the logistics and supply chain management industries, including Shipping lines, Airlines, Freight Forwarders, and Export-Import Companies.

Arrange talks by industry experts, thought leaders, and alumni to offer practical insights into various industries and geographical markets.
Manage student placement interviews, utilizing oncampus, offcampus, and digital platforms.
Develop and maintain an extensive database of potential employers.Keep track of student placement outcomes and experiences within their respective organizations.

*Special consideration for those with a background in logistics and supply chain management.*Engage in SCM BPO Marketing/Sales to secure outsourced projects from Shipping lines, Airlines, Freight Forwarders, and EX-IM companies.

Qualification & Experience:
*At least 5 years of HR/Placement Officer experience in logistics or a related field.

*A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communication, or a related discipline is preferred.*Proficiency in multiple languages, especially Hindi, Arabic, and English, is valued.

*Exceptional skills in interpersonal communication, negotiation, and presentation.
