JOB DESCRIPTION- DISPATCH EXECUTIVE
- Coordinate with senior for stock related queries and for dispatch purpose.
- Raise Invoices as related to dispatch.
- Follow up with transporter for consignment status till it reaches.
- Maintain minimum stock required for local dispatch as per marketing plan.
- Physically check material against dispatch list before dispatch.
- Planning for dispatch in coordination with department Head.
- To ensure safe, accurate, timely and efficient delivery of all orders while facilitating and supporting drivers and dispatchers as they perform their duties.
- Check orders received from sales team.
- Make packing list of material to be dispatched.
- Maintain FG material stock.
- Update yourself for the processes change or any other duties assigned by the management.
