This Project Management Analyst role is a part of the Central COO team supporting their global agenda on COO topics including relevant strategic and tactical programs to provide operational oversight, manage risk, remediation & governance topics, and provide strategic advice.

The focus of this global role is on the support of the
IPB Transaction Monitoring Program .

The Bank has to ensure an adequate and timely Front-to-End monitoring of client transactions, including assessing historical/ current client information and interactions.

It has been set up as a business-driven program, working very closely with various AFC areas and Tech. At present, there is increased scrutiny from regulators on Transaction Monitoring.


Current focus is on the IPB/ WM Americas Transaction Monitoring Remediation as well as the Transaction Monitoring Remediation and Optimization in IPB Italy.

The program is supposed to expanded to other IPB locations globally.

The incumbent will be responsible for

  • Supporting of the Global IPB Transaction Monitoring Program in the effective daytoday management of the program as well as the stakeholder management with multiple regional and global stakeholders including IPB, AFC, Transformation Office.
  • Ensuring regular and ad hoc Program Reportings (steering committee, project meetings, senior management briefings, regional/ global governance bodies, external stakeholders, e.g. regulators and monitors)
  • Maintaining adequate program documentation required for regulatory driven programs

Your key responsibilities

  • Key Responsibilities: (not limited to) _
  • Provide project management support for the global Transaction Monitoring Program at various levels of governance (team meetings, senior management updates, working groups and steering committees, regulators and monitors)
  • Effective tracking and communication of program status, risks, and dependencies
  • Successful administration of project documentation, processes and tools in line with the requirements for regulatory driven projects
  • Collation of status reporting, tracking of action items, preparation of minutes
  • Budget Control and Reporting
  • Preparation of strategy focused presentation materials and documentation for Senior Level management on a regular basis
  • Perform key analysis for monthly MI, perform adhoc analysis for senior management
  • Ensures compliance with relevant regulations as well as internal and external policies and procedures

Your skills and experience

Skills and Qualifications:

  • University / Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Management or similar
  • Minimum 810 years of experience in the financial services / consulting industry with relevant Project Management experience, regulatory projects preferred
  • Experienced user of MS Project and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) is critical
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills preferred
  • Proven experience in coordinating with internal stakeholders e.g. (Business / COO / AFC/ Finance teams)
  • Demonstrated capability of problemsolving, decisionmaking, sound judgment, assertiveness
  • Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently showing drive and initiative with mínimal supervision
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment
  • Flexible problemsolver, open minded to receiving input from colleagues
  • Ability to share and receive information, knowledge and expertise within the team environment
  • Ability to work within virtual global teams in a matrix organization and across all levels of management and staff
