The primaryresponsibilities of a Real Estate Agent Marketing and listing properties for sale or rent, including creating advertisements, taking photos, and writing descriptions Meeting with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and providing guidance on the real estate market Conducting property viewings and open houses to showcase properties to potential buyers Negotiating prices and terms of sale or rental agreements between buyers and sellers Preparing and presenting purchase agreements, contracts, and other legal documents Coordinating inspections, appraisals, and other necessary steps in the buying or selling process Providing advice and guidance on the real estate market, including market trends, prices, and regulations
