Description
Responsible for receiving in-bound calls and out-bound call along with regular follow-up on calls/leads assigned.Answering inbound calls /customer queries related to the services offered.
Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going i.e by understanding the customer requirements and placing them into the services that best suites them.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
