Key Qualities:

  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of the IT functions and systems support
  • Ability to build strong staff relations and offer a high level of IT service.
  • Attention to detail and have a sense of urgency.
  • Ability to work in a team environment but also work exclusively when required.
  • Microsoft O365 Suite with Exchange, Azure Active Directory and Windows OS experience
  • Understanding of IT networks and WAN
  • Knowledge of End-Point protection software, phishing scams, and cyber awareness programs
  • Basic level of understanding of data analyses and data representation (PowerBI, SQL, Excel, XML
JSON etc)


  • Excellent communication skills

Primary Responsibilities:


  • Tier 1 end-user tech support (IT ticketing and support platforms)
  • Use of external knowledge base portals and ticketing systems used to assist in resolving requests or
issues raised.


  • Monitoring and closing off IT tickets, escalating where required.
  • Onboarding and offboarding of staff for all IT and system related platforms including security level
access.


  • Software systems and hardware support including new installations.
  • Systems training as part of onboarding and keeping the staff skills register up to date.
  • SOP design, process mapping and flow diagrams
  • Proactive maintenance and Incident Management
  • Reviewing existing IT processes and driving change in the business to improve existing processes and
become more efficient.


  • Maintaining asset registers.
  • Keeping the IT areas clean, presentable, and a well-organized repository of spare equipment.

Pay:
₹22, ₹26,000.00 per month
