Responsibilities

  • Maintain and manage the employer's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to schedule meetings and events.
  • Anticipate conflicts and proactively resolve scheduling issues
  • Draft and respond to correspondence on behalf of the employer.
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and documents, both physical and digital.
  • Retrieve and provide information as needed, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Conduct research and compile data for various projects or inquiries.
  • Provide general administrative support, including managing expenses, processing invoices, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as required.
  • Handle personal errands and tasks as assigned by the employer
  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding personal and professional matters.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the employer, liaising with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships on behalf of the employer.
  • Coordinate tasks and projects with other team members or assistants as needed.
  • Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a personal secretary, executive assistant, or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Discretion and ability to handle confidential information with tact and professionalism.
  • Resourcefulness and problemsolving skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and environments.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
