Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage the employer's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to schedule meetings and events.
- Anticipate conflicts and proactively resolve scheduling issues
- Draft and respond to correspondence on behalf of the employer.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and documents, both physical and digital.
- Retrieve and provide information as needed, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Conduct research and compile data for various projects or inquiries.
- Provide general administrative support, including managing expenses, processing invoices, and maintaining office supplies.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as required.
- Handle personal errands and tasks as assigned by the employer
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding personal and professional matters.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the employer, liaising with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Build and maintain positive relationships on behalf of the employer.
- Coordinate tasks and projects with other team members or assistants as needed.
- Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a personal secretary, executive assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Discretion and ability to handle confidential information with tact and professionalism.
- Resourcefulness and problemsolving skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and environments.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
