Description

Join our technology team and play a pivotal role in the management within our Network NOC team and you will help us in driving operational excellence throughout our business.

In this role you'll also be empowered to be proactive in assessing current processes and procedures, identifying opportunities for improvements, and implementing changes to better serve the business.

To be successful in this role you'll bring the following technical skills:

Be looking at our SolarWinds, Thousand Eyes, xMatters alerts
Thousand eyes views watching and advising of any issues to fwd. fix team.
Maintaining carrier maintenance updates
High Care events check network stats and posting these on the high care channels during this time
Power downs includes pre and port checks.
First point of contact to IM.
This role works in 24/7 model
