Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing investigator initiated medical grant request procedures
- Escort the patients for PD and OPD and coordinate with the Hospital referred by the Senior Doctor
- Responsible for ambulances and other vehicles and ensuring they are regularly maintained.
- Should be available for night emergency cases, pocedation with the hospital and the patient in case of hospital admissions.
- Responsible for maintaining all sorts of documents for the medical department
- Ensure all the OPO case requirements are fulfilled after the doctor consultation
- Liaison between patients, patient's families, and health care professional
- Adhere to medical clinic policies and protocols
- Coordinating with assurance providers to ensure that claims are processed correctly and on time
- Maintaining documentation of patient medical records m an organised manner.
- Scheduling appointments for patients with physicians and other health care professionals such as therapists or nurses.
- Coordinating with various hospital departments to ensure that all medical records are transferred correctly after a patient's discharge
- Coordinate with hospitals and the Grants department for invoice submission and payment
- Supervision of ambulance and other vehicle drivers. Responsible for the allocation of cubes in the day and night shifts
- Work closely with Sr. Doctor for all operationsrelated work
- Responsible for any other tasks given by the Sr. doctor and Section Head-Operations
Job Types:

Salary:
₹35, ₹40,000.00 per month

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Delhi, South , Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- total work: 4 years (preferred)
