  • Serve as a Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, ensuring that Agile principles and practices are followed throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Coach and mentor team members on Agile methodologies, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

  • Identify and address impediments to team progress, working closely with stakeholders to resolve issues and mitigate risks.
  • Utilize Kanban methodology to visualize workflow, manage work in progress, and optimize team efficiency.
  • Manage project workflows and track progress using Jira, ensuring that tasks are accurately documented and deadlines are met.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and crossfunctional teams to prioritize backlog items and deliver valuable software increments.
  • Monitor project metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Foster a culture of transparency, trust, and accountability within the team, promoting open communication and constructive feedback.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in Agile project management, continuously seeking opportunities for professional development and learning.

Requirements:


  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification required.
  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager, preferably in a software development environment.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, principles, and practices.
  • Proficiency in Kanban methodology and experience utilizing Kanban boards to manage workflow.
  • Expertise in Jira or similar Agile project management tools, with the ability to customize workflows and configure boards.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate team members.
  • Solid problemsolving and conflict resolution skills, with a focus on driving continuous improvement and delivering results.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
