Description
Designation - Customer Service Executive / Coordinator


Responsibilities:


  • Order evaluation
  • Order sanitization in the system.
  • Timely order dispatches
  • Preparing billing projections at the beginning of every month and then following it up with all stakeholders on a weekly basis.
  • Close coordination for outstanding from our distributors/traders/ dealers and their dispatches.
  • Order bookings analysis twice in a month.
  • Coordinating for Audit related work. Get the customer satisfaction feedback forms and the index done on a monthly basis for Audit. Customer complaints register on a monthly basis for audit.

Purchase

  • Close coordination about purchase orders being placed on vendors/ principals.
  • Weekly analysis on all our major product lines on the purchase front and any case where there is any high value sales order bagged by us.

Management Updates:

Send Monthly billing projections by 1st
/2nd of every month.


Salary:
₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
