Roles & Responsibilties


  • Developing & supporting transparent and efficient systems for production.
  • Managing the supply chain in quality and production related.
  • Design and implement an inventory tracking system to optimize inventory control procedures.
  • Managing & developing key relationships with customers/vendors.
  • Providing technical inputs for creating robust production parameters.
  • Effectively handling projects that are assigned and managing them with all due responsibilities.
  • Supervision and assistance with team in production department.
  • Ensuring effective logistics systems for shipping & dispatch management.
  • Undertaking the responsibility of "production" of all products.
  • Developing and implementing production plans to meet customer demands and achieve production targets. This includes setting production schedules, allocating resources, and coordinating with other departments such as procurement and logistics.
  • Identifying areas for process optimization and efficiency enhancement. You will be responsible for analysing production data, identifying bottlenecks or inefficiencies, and implementing improvement initiatives to streamline operations and reduce costs.
  • Managing production resources, including equipment, materials, and manpower. This involves maintaining inventory levels, optimizing resource utilization, and coordinating with procurement and maintenance teams to ensure smooth production operations.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations in the production area. This includes conducting risk assessments, implementing safety protocols, and promoting a culture of safety among production personnel.
  • Ensuring consistency in production, production planning & forecasting.
  • You will be reporting to Director & Managing Director.
  • And all the office responsibilities occur time to time.

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:


  • Productions: 1 year (preferred)

Pay:
₹18, ₹30,000.00 per month
