Responsibilities:


  • Issue Resolution:Identify and resolve customer concerns, issues, or complaints promptly and efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Product/

Service Knowledge:
Possess in-depth knowledge of the company's products or services to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.

  • Relationship Building:Foster strong and lasting relationships with customers by demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and a commitment to meeting their needs.
  • Customer Feedback:Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and contribute to the enhancement of products or services.
  • Database Management:Maintain accurate and uptodate customer records in the company's database, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Cross-Selling and Up-Selling:Identify opportunities to promote additional products or services based on customer needs, contributing to revenue growth.
  • Communication Skills:Communicate effectively with customers, demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills to convey information clearly and professionally.
  • Collaboration:Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues.
  • Documentation:Prepare and maintain documentation related to customer interactions, ensuring a comprehensive record of communications and resolutions.
  • Customer Satisfaction:Monitor and track customer satisfaction metrics, striving to exceed customer expectations and enhance overall satisfaction.
  • Process Improvement:Contribute to the identification of process improvements and enhancements that can elevate the overall customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Fresher/Proven experience in customer relations or a similar customerfacing role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with a positive attitude.
  • Resultsoriented with a focus on customer satisfaction.
