    Description

    Job Title: Technical Program Manager/ ProjectManager
    Location: New Delhi
    Position Type:Full-time
    Experience: 3-5years
    Responsibilities:
    Project Planning andExecution:
    Develop comprehensive project plans outliningtechnical scope,
    objectives, timelines, andresources.
    Ensure the effective execution of technicalprojects within specified
    deadlines and budgetconstraints.
    Identify and mitigate potential technicalrisks to project delivery.
    TechnicalLeadership:
    Lead and motivate cross-functional technicalteams to achieve project
    goals.
    Foster acollaborative and results-driven technical environment.
    Conduct regular technical team meetings to track progress andaddress
    any technical issues.
    StakeholderCommunication:
    Establish and maintain strongrelationships with internal and external
    stakeholders,including technical and non-technical teams.
    Communicatetechnical project status, updates, and any deviationsfrom
    the plan to stakeholders.
    Manage technicalexpectations and ensure alignment withproject
    objectives.

    Quality Assuranceand Technical Excellence:
    Implement and maintain qualityassurance processes to deliver
    high-quality technicalproject outcomes.
    Ensure adherence to technical bestpractices and industry standards.
    Conduct regulartechnical project reviews and evaluations to identifyareas
    for improvement.
    ResourceManagement:
    Efficiently allocate and manage technicalproject resources, including
    developers, engineers, andother technical specialists.

    Work closely withtechnical resource managers to ensure team members
    areappropriately assigned.

    BudgetManagement:
    Develop and manage technical project budgets,ensuring financial
    objectives are met.
    Monitortechnical project expenses and implement cost-savingmeasures
    when necessary.

    Who canApply?
    BTech/MTech in computer science
    3-5years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, with a focuson
    planning, executing, and delivering technicalprojects.
    Project management certification, such as PMPor CAPM
    Proficiency in project management tools andmethodologies, such as Agile,
    Scrum, or other relevantframeworks.
    Strong technical background and understandingof the technologies relevant to
    the projects beingmanaged.
    Familiarity with development and codinglanguages (ReactJS, NodeJS, python
    etc, Django)
    Excellent leadership and team managementskills.
