Airlines International Voice Process

Location:
Noida

Salary:
Up to 40,000 INR per month

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
Assist customers with flight bookings, changes, cancellations, and other travelrelated queries.
Provide accurate and uptodate information about flight schedules, fares, baggage policies, and other airline services.
Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain a high level of knowledge about airline policies, procedures, and services.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Utilize computer systems to access relevant information and update customer records.
Meet individual and team performance targets to ensure service level agreements are met.

Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum 6 months of experience in the travel industry, preferably in an airline or travel agency.
Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and friendly telephone manner.
Strong customer service orientation and problemsolving skills.
Ability to multitask and handle inquiries efficiently during high call volumes.
Proficiency in using computer systems and databases.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent education required; additional relevant certifications a plus.
