We are hiring Customer service Executive For International Outbound process In Kolkata_

Location: Salt lake, Kolkata, West Bengal_

Job role:_

  • Should attend international outbound calls & _Generate sales leads._
- _Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction._
- _Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication._
- _Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools._
- _Meet personal/team sales targets and call handling quotas._
- _Must Have 08 months to 1 yrs of experience in International BPO_
- _Education: H.S Pass or Graduate in Any_
- _Good Communication Skills in English_


Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
