Online Bidder - Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India - SG Gurukul
Description
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities by researching potential clients and projects like Generate business through online portals like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer etc.
- Analyze project requirements, specifications, and terms to determine the feasibility of bidding.
- Prepare and submit bids, proposals, and quotations in response to RFPs (Request for Proposals), RFQs (Request for Quotations), and other tender invitations.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical departments, to develop comprehensive and competitive bid documents.
- Coordinate and communicate with clients and stakeholders throughout the bidding process to clarify requirements and address inquiries.
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients to maximize profitability and mitigate risks.
- Track and manage bid schedules, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely submission of proposals.
- Maintain a database of bid documents, templates, and pricing models for reference and future use.
- Conduct postbid analysis to evaluate the success of bids and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform bidding strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in bid management, sales, business development, or a related role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and bid management software/tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of contract law and procurement processes is desirable.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or site visits.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in bid management or project management.
- Experience in the construction, engineering, IT, or professional services industries.
- Familiarity with government procurement processes and regulations.
Salary:
₹17, ₹25,000.00 per month
