Description
We are looking for
Customer Service Representative having 1-2 years of exp to manage calls, customer service inquirers, etc,


Main Activities:


  • Open and maintain customer records by updating account information in the backend
  • Maintain close contact with sales representatives to obtain information regarding product performance, service requirements and customer requests
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint / issues
  • Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analysing customer information
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as required

What are we looking for:


  • Having Experience in international semi
- voice calling process.

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in
    English is a must:
  • Knowledge / understanding of online user behaviour
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and ability to demonstrate professional grammar and diction is a must
  • Proficient in using MS Office Software mainly Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint with excellent documentation and presentation skills
  • Possess an ability to establish a report with customers, identify their concerns and needs and provide effective solutions in a timely manner
  • Nigh shift experience will be an additional benefit.

Shift timing will be of 9 hours between 6 PM to 7 AM

Job Types:
Full-time, Fresher


Salary:
₹18, ₹22,000.00 per month

  • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

Experience:
