Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the sales team to support customer acquisition and retention efforts.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination between departments.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and overall service quality.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- 0 to 2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software (preferred but not required).
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
