Role & Responsibilities

Sales Strategy:Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals.

Identify new business opportunities, markets, and potential clients for the firm's interior and construction services.
Foster strong relationships with key clients, architects, contractors, and industry stakeholders.

Team Leadership:Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales and marketing team to achieve individual and collective goals.

Provide guidance, support, and training to enhance team performance and professional development.

Marketing Initiatives:Design and implement marketing campaigns, both digital and traditional, to promote the firm's services and enhance brand visibility.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content, including presentations, brochures, website content, and social media posts.

Client Relationship Management:Understand client needs and expectations to tailor solutions that align with their requirements.

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and proactively address their concerns and feedback.

Market Analysis and Trends:Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities and potential threats.

Provide insights to senior management on market trends and changes that could impact the business.
