Responsibilities:


  • Conduct outbound calls to international clients to introduce our technical solutions and services.
  • Understand client requirements and effectively communicate our offerings to address their needs.
  • Provide product demonstrations and technical explanations to clients over the phone.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or questions they may have.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update the CRM system accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to coordinate efforts and maximize client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to better serve clients and provide relevant information.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
  • 01 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a technical or ITrelated industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Technical aptitude and the ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts.
  • Proven ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Flexibility to work in different time zones to accommodate international clients.
