Job Title:
International Voice Process Executive (Flexible Shift) Work from office
Responsibilities:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls to resolve customer queries and issues.
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Recording accurate information on customer interactions in the system.
- Maintaining a professional and courteous manner while communicating with customers.
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Strong problemsolving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary range of 3.5 LPA 7.5lpa
