Description
We are hiring a Personal Secretary and Admin for a leading FMCG company based out of Pune.

Purpose

To assist managing director in all the daily matters.


Reports to:

MD

Key Responsibilities

  • Discretion and trustworthiness, you will often be party of confidential information.
  • Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
  • Conduct weekly diary meetings with the
    MD to discuss upcoming engagements, invitations and other requests.
  • Ensure busy diary commitments, papers and travel arrangements are managed effectively including producing a daily folder with diary, necessary papers etc. and troubleshooting problems.
  • Schedule on behalf of the
    MD meetings between him and his direct reports.
  • Coordinate with all the departmental heads and provide support for all the administrative activities.
  • Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines.
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation requirements in connection with others and ensure arrangements in place.
  • Organizing events and conferences
  • Managing databases and filing systems.
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients.
  • Filter general information, queries, phone calls and invitations to the
    MD by redirecting or taking forward such contact as appropriate.
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
  • The ability to be proactive and take the initiative.

Qualification & Experience:


  • Should have sound computer literacy (MS-Office, work, excel, power point. Etc)

Salary:
₹450, ₹600,000.00 per year
