Video Editor & Coordinator


We are seeking a skilled Video Editor & Coordinator to join our team, serving as a vital link between two companies in our collaborative projects.

This role requires a blend of creative video editing expertise and strong communication and coordination skills to ensure seamless collaboration between teams.


Responsibilities:


  • Video Editing:
  • Edit raw footage into highquality videos, ensuring visual and audio continuity, clarity, and engaging storytelling.
  • Utilize editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) to add effects, transitions, graphics, and sound to enhance the video content.
  • Collaborate with content creators, directors, and producers to execute their vision while adhering to project guidelines and deadlines.

Coordination Between Companies:


  • Act as a liaison between two companies involved in collaborative projects, facilitating communication and ensuring alignment on project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate logistics, schedules, and resources to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and managing expectations.

Quality Assurance:


  • Conduct thorough reviews of video content to maintain high production standards and brand consistency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to incorporate feedback and revisions, ensuring final deliverables meet or exceed expectations.

Project Management:


  • Organize project assets, files, and documentation to ensure accessibility and version control.
  • Track project progress, milestones, and deadlines, proactively identifying and addressing potential bottlenecks or delays.
  • Assist in resource allocation, budget management, and risk mitigation to ensure project success.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Video Editor, with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in video editing techniques, storytelling, and visual communication.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with project management principles and tools is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Communications, Media Studies, or related field preferred.
