Video Editor & Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Video Editor & Coordinator to join our team, serving as a vital link between two companies in our collaborative projects.

This role requires a blend of creative video editing expertise and strong communication and coordination skills to ensure seamless collaboration between teams.

Responsibilities:

Video Editing:
Edit raw footage into highquality videos, ensuring visual and audio continuity, clarity, and engaging storytelling.
Utilize editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) to add effects, transitions, graphics, and sound to enhance the video content.
Collaborate with content creators, directors, and producers to execute their vision while adhering to project guidelines and deadlines.

Coordination Between Companies:

Act as a liaison between two companies involved in collaborative projects, facilitating communication and ensuring alignment on project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
Coordinate logistics, schedules, and resources to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of project milestones.
Serve as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and managing expectations.

Quality Assurance:

Conduct thorough reviews of video content to maintain high production standards and brand consistency.
Collaborate with stakeholders to incorporate feedback and revisions, ensuring final deliverables meet or exceed expectations.

Project Management:

Organize project assets, files, and documentation to ensure accessibility and version control.
Track project progress, milestones, and deadlines, proactively identifying and addressing potential bottlenecks or delays.
Assist in resource allocation, budget management, and risk mitigation to ensure project success.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Video Editor, with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in video editing techniques, storytelling, and visual communication.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
Familiarity with project management principles and tools is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Communications, Media Studies, or related field preferred.
