Development Reporting Assistant North and South Asia Contract Role, India


Business Overview

  • Together, the North and South Asia Pizza Hut regions cover an existing estate of more than 3,300 restaurants. In terms of annual asset actions, we build more than 150 new restaurants and execute 300+ remodels.
  • This role is a critical function of a reporting process using existing tools crafted for such purpose.
  • Based in Singapore, 2 teams (North & South) need assistance with their reporting requirements.
  • Geographically, we cover 16 markets from Mongolia to New Zealand.

Responsibilities
Data Maintenance and Improvement (40%)

  • Maintain and reflect latest asset actions (opening / relocation / remodel / closure) in the Store Development Tracker (SDT), through updates from the Regional Development Team(s) and/or Franchise partners.
  • Coordinate with North & South Asia Development Team partners on submissions of monthly report templates (pipeline, remodel pipeline, store performance data).
  • Maintain and reflect latest asset actions (opening / relocation / remodel / closure) on Asset Information System (AiS).
  • Extract information from the Site Approval Package, Design Approval Package, Post Construction Template for input into the SDT and related folders, where appropriate.
  • Ensure that all internal data is uptodate, accurate and reliable.
Data Analysis and Process Design (30%)

  • Analyze data from various sources to provide insights and recommendations for business improvements.
  • Overhaul existing trackers and processes to improve data management and reporting capabilities where appropriate
  • Work closely with North & South Asia Development teams to understand their data needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
Reporting (20%)

  • Own the monthly / quarterly reporting needs for both regions (North and South Asia), with Global Franchise Markets (GFM) and Dallas.
  • Own the quarterly New Unit Tracking System (NUTS) reporting.
  • Coordinate and reconcile with Finance on monthly period report.
  • Ensure all reporting obligations (inclusive of adhoc requests) are performed in an accurate and timely manner.
Other Areas (10%)

  • Assist in extracting data and preparing presentations for both North & South Asia regions for meetings, conferences, colleges, seminars, and workshops.
  • Assist in gathering data points for Internal Audit (IA).

Requirements:


  • MBA with 12 years of experience in process design & improvement
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Word / Excel / PowerPoint.
  • Excellent attention to detail, and able to meet timelines.
  • Able to operate independently and effectively collaborate with crossfunctional and regional teams.
  • Will work as part of wider team and be given opportunity to grow.
  • Strong spoken and written English is a key requirement in this role.
