- Recruit potential sales advisors from open market
- Train them, motivate them and create team of sales advisors
- Gain more and more leads from Advisors and convert leads into sales
- Sell life insurance policies in open market
- Do more and more sales from open market on your own
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Help advisors to grow more and more to become financial independent
Salary:
₹100, ₹250,000.00 per year
