Responsibilities:


  • Front Office Handling.
  • Greet and welcome guests in person and on phone; answer and directing queries to Front Desk Operator attending incoming & outgoing Calls.
  • Maintaining Stationery.
  • Develop and utilize effective filing and retrieval systems, and maintain office supplies by placing orders and evaluating new products.
  • Overseeing the sorting and distribution of incoming mails, copying, scanning and filing documents.
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings and events.
  • Reporting to management and assisting with administrative tasks.

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Kolkata,

West Bengal:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)


Experience:
