Description
Responsibilities:
- Front Office Handling.
- Greet and welcome guests in person and on phone; answer and directing queries to Front Desk Operator attending incoming & outgoing Calls.
- Maintaining Stationery.
- Develop and utilize effective filing and retrieval systems, and maintain office supplies by placing orders and evaluating new products.
- Overseeing the sorting and distribution of incoming mails, copying, scanning and filing documents.
- Scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings and events.
- Reporting to management and assisting with administrative tasks.
Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:

West Bengal:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
