Key Responsibilities:

Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and policies.
Address and resolve customer concerns, complaints, and issues in a professional and efficient manner.


Problem Resolution:
Investigate and analyze customer problems, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and escalations.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and follow-up.


Product Knowledge:
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services.
Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.


Documentation:
Document customer interactions and resolutions in a clear and concise manner.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the company database.


Communication Skills:
Communicate effectively and professionally with customers, both verbally and in writing.
Provide clear and concise information to customers, avoiding technical jargon.


Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with other team members to share knowledge and improve overall customer service processes.
Provide feedback to management on customer concerns and potential improvements.


Qualifications:


  • 12th or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, with a track record of achieving customer satisfaction goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and diffuse customer tension.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools is a plus.
