We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic
Tele Caller to join our team for NEET counselling services.


We play a crucial role in guiding and supporting students who are preparing for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET).


The Tele Caller will be responsible for contacting NEET aspirants via telephone to provide information about our counselling services, answer queries, and assist in scheduling counselling sessions.


Job Functions:


  • Career Counselling, Public speaking

Age Criteria:

21- 30 YEARS

Job Requirements-

  • Provide detailed information about the Medical admission and counselling process.
  • Address inquiries and concerns raised by NEET aspirants regarding our counselling services, admission process, and related matters.
  • Assist NEET aspirants in scheduling counselling sessions with our expert counselors based on their preferences and availability.
  • Maintain accurate records of all telephonic interactions with NEET aspirants, including details of inquiries, followups, and appointments scheduled.
  • Follow up with NEET aspirants via telephone.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments and changes.
  • Must know English and Hindi.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Fresher


Pay:
₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
