Summary

Responsibilities:


  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to patients in a timely manner. Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources.
  • Identify the needs of patients, clarify information, schedule appointments, resolve issues, and provide solutions.
  • Ensure following the customer service script provided by the company for uniformity.
  • Be well-read on HIPAA, company policies, and the website for FAQs or policy-related answers.
  • Researching required information using available resources.
  • Identifying, escalating priority issues, and reporting to the high-level management.
  • Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in the EHR.
  • Managing administration, communicating, and coordinating with internal departments.
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
  • Meet personal goals and work towards meeting team goals in qualitative and quantitative aspects.
  • Maintain records of the conversations with the customer and analyze the data.
  • Write and submit timely reports on performance and customer queries.
  • Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance levels.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Open to working in US Time Zone.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with US clients
  • Previous experience in a customer support role
  • Familiarity with EHR systems and practices
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively
  • A bachelor's degree
  • Customeroriented attitude with professionalism.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills with good command of the English language.
  • Experience in US Voice Process

Salary:
Up to ₹550,000.00 per year
