Working Knowledge of MS. Office especially Excel & Word.Collecting and analyzing customer data
Developing new ways to meet customers needs.
Handling customer complaints
Overseeing the interactions between customers and key team members, such as Customer Service Representatives
Developing marketing campaigns to attract new customers.
Collaborating with operations teams to improve the customer experience.
Manage customer journeys to drive retention and growth Conversion, Reactivation and Retention.
Observation and evaluation of market competition and trend developments in market.
Set up, document, and maintain CRM procedures, including key information such as welcome offers, promotional calendar, Bonus scheme and more.
Proven track record of developing and implementing a campaign strategy based on an understanding of customer needs and customer profile.
Pay:
₹10, ₹12,000.00 per month
