In this role, you will be required to- Monitor The Production and Increase Productivity
- Reduce Stitching Errors
- To Do Client Meetings and Bring Orders
- To Teach Ladies the Basic of Stitching and Industrial Stitching Basics
- To Bring New Business and Onboard Good Clientele
- To Manage the Production House and Workers.
- Fabric Purchasing and Sorting
- To Manage Sales Team.
- To ensure monthly targets are achived.
- Handle new hiring of staff/workers.
- To meet the deadline and targets assigned.
- To monitor and get output from Interns & workers.
Pay:
₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
