  • Lands And Plots Sales Executive


Location:

  • Nashik Maharashtra

Salary:

  • 30,000 To 35,000 Per Month + Travelling Allowances

Education:

  • Diploma / Any Graduate

Experience:

  • Total Experience : 3 Years with Real Estate Sector
  • Minimum Experience : 1 2 Years of Proven experience in land sales, real estate development, or a related field.

Roles:

  • Identify and evaluate potential land opportunities for development or sale.
  • Build and maintain relationships with landowners, developers, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to understand trends, pricing, and demand in the real estate market.
  • Negotiate land purchase agreements, leases, and other contracts.
  • Coordinate with legal and financial teams to ensure compliance with regulations and mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop strategies for promoting land sales.
  • Prepare and present reports, presentations, and proposals to management and clients.
  • Monitor and track sales performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, zoning laws, and land use regulations.

Requirements:


  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Sound knowledge of real estate markets, trends, and regulations.
  • Ability to analyze market data and make informed decisions.
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate software/tools.
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
  • Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., real estate license) may be required depending on jurisdiction.
  • Languages : English Hindi And Marathi.

Salary:
₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
