- Listening to students' academic, emotional, social, and behavioral concerns in an open and nonjudgemental way.
- Working directly with students to develop relationship and convert the student as prospect trainee with the organization.
- Counsel students regarding educational issues such as course and program selection, class scheduling, school adjustment, truancy, study habits, and career planning.
- Planning batch calendars, faculty calendars and releasing these calendars to students and other stakeholders.
- Achieve monthly revenue targets from upselling and referrals from current students.
- Observe and evaluate students' performance, behavior, social development, and physical health.
- Collect course feedback from students and pass on this feedback to the relevant faculty and head of department.
- Make faculty contracts, prepare invoices of billing
- Work with the marketing and sales team to ensure that the student is able to undergo the program smoothly
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's in any field.
- Good communication both verbal and written.
- Ready to learn and work in fastpaced environment.
- Having 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales or academic counsellor.
- Able to participate and connect with team members for the ideate and represent our work and culture.
Job Types:

Salary:
₹10, ₹30,000.00 per month
