A leading NBFC is looking to hire Customer Service Executives.

Customer Service Executives: 10 Vacancy for Thrikakkara, Thripunithura, Edakochi, Kundara & Chalakkudy

Verify customer's KYC & complete online registration. Provide after sales service to existing customers and obtain references from them to increase customer base.

Responsible for handling the gold loan business operations including assessment of jewellery, processing of loans, tracking of loan repayments, follow up, prompt collection of EMIs.

Gold loan experienced & freshers also can apply.


- Salary budget - 13,000/- (Freshers) Upto 17,000 based on gold loan experiences

  • Educational qualification requiredGraduates Preferred
  • Age limit 21 and above

Salary:
₹13, ₹17,000.00 per month
