Responsibilities:


  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Assist in managing administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
  • Maintain and update records in Excel spreadsheets accurately.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Respond to inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • 12 years of experience in office administration, calling, or related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior experience in customer service or clientfacing roles is a plus.
  • Resident of or willing to relocate to Faridabad.
