Responsibilities:


  • Handling Customer Queries over Whatsapp and Mails
  • Analyzing Customer Requirements
  • Ownership of Customer Issues and Resolving Them on a Priority
  • Prioritizing Customer Queries
  • Ensuring Customer Satisfaction

Requirements:


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Prior experience in customer support or a similar role preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
  • Customercentric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
