Responsibilities:
- Handling Customer Queries over Whatsapp and Mails
- Analyzing Customer Requirements
- Ownership of Customer Issues and Resolving Them on a Priority
- Prioritizing Customer Queries
- Ensuring Customer Satisfaction
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Prior experience in customer support or a similar role preferred.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Customercentric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
