What's the opportunity?

As part of the CX Operations team you would be entrusted the responsibility of collaborating with the business leaders and the project teams to track key performance metrics as we strive for effortless onboarding of our customers while enhancing the customer experience.

You will be playing a pivotal role in maintain the drum beat of project cadence and focus on quality by leveraging the vast data available across multiple systems.

Requirements:

What will I be doing?

Build and maintain high quality dashboards to drive awareness and understanding of key business metrics
Conduct high quality analysis to generate useful insights that can be easily consumed by business leaders
Work closely with engineering teams to evaluate large datasets for quality, accuracy, and perform advanced data analysis using Excel to assess initial data quality
Build automations of routine and repeated tasks

What skills do I need?

5+ years in an analytics role in Business Operations.
Handson experience in creating statistical models; understanding when to use which model to fit the data better.
Strong knowledge and handson experience of Power BI and able to write complex DAX queries.
Selfstarter, curious, accountable, enjoys a healthy level of autonomy, strong work ethic, and success in a fastpaced, highintensity operations environment.
Extensive experience relaying technical and nontechnical information clearly and concisely
Demonstrated expert problemsolving and analytical skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Excellence in multitasking and managing multiple highpriority customer engagements in parallel
Ability to assess complex client environments and workflows and arrive at integration solutions to satisfy seamless experience between our platform and theirs.
Bachelor's degree in engineering (Pref Computer Science). An advanced degree in any of the areas above would be a plus.
