Responsibilities:
- Develop visually engaging and onbrand graphics for various media.
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines for consistency.
- Manage multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Lead and guide a team of designers, providing mentorship and feedback.
- Collaborate with other teams to interpret requirements into design concepts.
- Utilize proficiency in graphic design softwares.
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate new design techniques.
- Review designs for quality and compliance with project requirements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in graphic design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong creative and artistic skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate and guide a team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
- Leadership and team management skills.
Salary:
₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
