_ __Duties/Responsibilities:_**Drive and maximize sales performance by motivating and supporting the regional teams.

Monitor and analyse business trends across and within North region

Develop plans to maximize sales and meet or exceed goals within the district for all KPIs including sales, expense control and business contribution

Continuously look for growth opportunities both with existing and new areas

Ensure customer service standards are upheld consistently across all stores in the region


Support Managers in recruitment efforts, train top Managers that can deliver results through effectively and independently managing all aspects of the business when necessary.

Coach regional teams to develop and maintain operational best practices

Resolve all human resources issues in a timely and effective manner, partnering with HR when necessary

Oversee all new distributors openings in region

Act as a partner between sales team, sales leadership, and corporate business partners

Travel to existing stores and new stores, as needed

_Education and Experience:
_

A bachelor's degree or Master's degree

Experience in the field for minimum 10+ years

Preferably from Personal & Beauty Care Brands
