Parallel is a Product Strategy and Design Studio where we care about designing products that matter. We work on products that are citizen-focused, affect tons of people, and/or tackle important problems.

We make these products look better, but more importantly, we make them _work_ better for the millions of people using them and help businesses move metrics.

There is a product on your phone now that we might have designed.

On one side, we work with growth stage startups and large enterprises solving big problems and generating wealth for their stakeholders, on other side we work with foundations and governments to level-up experiences of citizen centric products used by masses.

We have designed Digilocker and Co-Win among many products impacting millions of Indians.

Apart from these, you will also help build a new B2B SAAS product Apperture which is in private beta. At Apperture, we are trying to help companies answer complex questions about user behaviour with ease and simplicity.


We are looking for a Founder's Office (Generalist role) interested in building a company and assisting the founders with daily operations.

You will be responsible for managing and coordinating with different segments internally and with the clients as well.


Responsibilities

  • Actually, this role doesn't come with a definition or a checklist of job responsibilities. As Founders' Office, you will be expected to have a whateverittakes approach to help the team in some of the key business areas.
  • Work closely with the Founders to facilitate and execute strategic initiatives, propelling company growth and development.
  • Conduct market and industryspecific research and provide actionable insights to drive strategic decisions.
  • Identify opportunities for growth, efficiency and optimisation both internally & externally
  • Help in projects across areas including HR, Finance, Operations, Marketing
  • Pick up special projects which align with the key priorities of the company

Traits we are looking:


  • Previous experience preferably in an early to seed stage startup and good knowledge in documentation and attention to detail
  • Someone nimble enough to thrive in a fastchanging startup environment yet be organised and detailoriented to ensure nothing falls off the cracks.
  • Quick to pick up new skills if required to get the job done.
  • Passionate about building a business and digital products
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a startup environment.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of business operations, including HR, Finance, and Hiring.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Superior organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects under tight deadlines.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and strategic thinking abilities.
  • High degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Comfortable in a fastpaced environment with frequent changes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
