About the role:
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to join our team at K.L. Home Appliances.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty by managing and optimizing our customer relations and experiences.

Responsibilities:

Customer Data Management:

Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Segment with technical teams for effective issue resolution.

Customer Engagement:

Coordinate with technical teams for effective issue resolution.

Gather and analyze customer feedback and complaints.

Develop and manage customer loyalty programs and incentives.

Sales Support:

Assist in generating sales leads and tracking lead conversions.

Data Analysis:

Analyze customer behavior and purchasing patterns to identify trends and opportunities.

Provide insights for product development and marketing strategies.

Communication:

Create and manage customer communication materials, such as newsletters ,product updates and promotional content.
