Description

A) Purpose of the Role

  • Attending walk-in customers and selling the products

B) Key Deliverables

  • Responsible for attending the customers who are walk-in to the showroom and
understand their requirements.


  • Showing the products that will suit to their requirements and explaining its features and how it will suit them and relieve their pain points.
  • Clarifying all their doubts with patience and try to get order from them.
  • Taking the help of Sr. Sales Executives if needed to close the sales.
  • Responsible for trying up-selling or cross selling with the customer who have placed
orders.


  • Updating CRM the details of the customers who are not buying for any reason, along
with their feedback and reasons for not buying for future follow-up


  • Responsible for follow-up with the customers in the CRM Software
  • Responsible for coordinate with other departments till sales is closed and the product

(E) Desired Background

  • Any Degree / Diploma with sales Experience
  • MBA in Marketing preferable
  • At least 1 year experience in sales

(G) Behavioral Indicators for Critical Competencies
I) Passionate in Sales


  • Posses passion in selling and customers service
  • Un-tired efforts to approach the customers repeatedly
  • Always approach customers with smiling during sales call
  • Aspiring to complete the given target
  • Shows willingness to grow the revenues of the company
  • Handles the customer queries passion

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
₹10, ₹15,000.76 per month
