Position Title:
Educational Counsellor
Job Summary:
The Educational Counsellor for IT Classes provides guidance and support to students pursuing IT education and careers. This role involves assisting with course selection, career planning, and personal development within the IT field.
Key Responsibilities:

Student Guidance:
- Conduct individual and group counselling sessions to discuss academic and career goals in IT.
- Help students identify strengths and interests within the IT field.
Academic Planning:
- Assist in creating academic plans and selecting IT courses.
- Monitor academic progress and provide necessary support.
Career Counselling:
- Offer information on IT career paths and job market trends.
- Conduct workshops on resume writing, interview skills, and job search strategies specific to IT.
Technical Skills Development:
- Advise on necessary technical skills and certifications.
- Provide resources for online learning and technical training.
College Admissions:
- Provide guidance on relevant standardized tests.
Mental Health Support:
- Address emotional and psychological needs, referring to professionals when necessary.
Collaboration:
- Work with parents and IT instructors to support students.
- Maintain records of counselling sessions and progress.
Pay:
₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Education:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
