Description
Expectations/Deliverables:
- Research on the latest job trends in the logistics industry.
- Sourcing opportunities in the logistic sector for the youth across Lighthouses
- Liaison and coordination with new employers across Pune City by calling and visits, to keep a track of the new openings and signing MoU
- Getting employers for inhouse campus drive/job fest.
- Placements Tracking, Preparing reports and Audit to be done on a regular basis
- Maintain proper data and documentation on a daily basis
Preferred Skill Sets, Years of Experience, Professional Background:
- MSW or Post Graduation in any field, with 2-5 years of experience in Placement specially in bulk placement exposure
- Selfdriven, excellent time management and multitasking skills
- Strong orientation towards relationship building and problemsolving
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills in English, Hindi.
- Good connects with employers in Logistics industry.
- Persistence, patience and commitment to doing social good
- High professional standards and dedication to the organization's mission, staff, and youth
- Ability to handle deadlines with attention to detail including data accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Salary:
₹35, ₹40,000.00 per month
