Description
Bachelor's DegreeWork Experience of at least 1-2 year
Proficient in English Tamil Hindi
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and excellent customer service skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Must be reliable and punctual, with excellent time management skills.
Job Responsibilities:
Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.
Serves visitors and clients by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
Notifies company personnel of visitor and client arrival.
Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, scanning and taking notes
Preparing meeting and training rooms.
Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.
Maintain a neat and organized reception area, and ensure that all visitors are comfortable and provided with the necessary information
Provide excellent customer service.
