Sales and Marketing Position
Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and prospecting.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiate terms with potential clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create sales forecasts, track performance metrics, and report on progress.
- Develop a deep understanding of the product or service offerings to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
Marketing:
- Create and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.
- Develop and manage content for marketing materials, website, blog posts, and social media platforms.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for marketing optimization.
- Plan and coordinate participation in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales and marketing strategies, ensuring consistent messaging and branding.
Relationship Building:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure client retention and upselling opportunities.
- Collaborate with the customer support team to address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
- Engage in networking activities and industry events to establish a strong professional network and gather market insights.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for both sales and marketing initiatives.
- Generate regular reports on sales activities, lead conversion rates, campaign performance, and ROI.
- Use data-driven insights to refine strategies, optimize campaigns, and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in a related industry.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, strategies, and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM software, and analytics platforms.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and campaigns.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Pay:
₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
