Customer Service Representative - Noida, India - Tumble Dry
Description
- Make outbound calls to customers and engage in conversations to gather feedback.
- Record and document customer feedback accurately and comprehensively.
- Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions and feedback in Excel or other designated systems.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify areas of improvement and report findings to the relevant teams.
- Escalate any significant issues or concerns to the factory and store departments for prompt resolution.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been addressed and to provide necessary updates.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while communicating with customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements based on customer feedback.
